Restaurant Manager

Job Description

Restaurant Managers coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff to deliver product and service to restaurant guests. You will be responsible for interviewing, selecting, training, and supervising the restaurant associates for an efficient operation. You will also organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings, and schedule and direct the team in their work assignments. You should have at least 2 years, or equivalent, 3+ years of restaurant management experience.

Previous experience managing Fine Dining Restaurant management experience preerred.
