In modern world, students want to focus on communication and personality skills. It must be essential to qualify for the entrance test as well as for getting a interview.It doesn’t mean that good communicator can get a job or to college entry,but the candidate should have bettercommunication to talk with others or in public

Scoring good marks is the essential thing to get into college or job.After entering into college we must take initate to present seminar in class or participate in other college events, so that we may get experience in taking seminar or any kind of presentation.It shows better presentation and communication skills. If you have any mistakes,you can rectify in next presentation.

Communication plays a vital role in getting a job or in college studies. Lack in communication will suffer to get a job.It means the candidates are not taking steps about their academics and future career. Kindly encourage the students to take some classes so that they can avoid stage fear or lack in communication

Export Samples

Identify your Importer and sending Free Samples:

Identify your Importer from the importer's list available with the respective Councils and Write letter with samples of buyer's choice to the selected buyer.

The buyer may require for product sample before placing a confirmed order.Hence, it is essential that the samples are made from good quality raw materials and after getting an order, the same quality to be maintained.

To avoid the risk in sending a costly product sample for export, extra care should be taken and while sending a sample, secrecy is an important factor,especially risk of copying the original product is there during export.

An exporter should also know the Government policy and norms for export of samples,before sending a product sample. Always advised to send samples by air mail to avoid undue delay in sending a product sample to the buyer. By cheaper mode it can also be sent through Indian post.

Samples marked Not for Sale are allowed freely for export without any limit.

Samples of value more than Rs. 25,000- It becomes necessary for the exporter to obtain GR/PP waiver from the Reserve Bank of India.

Export Promotion Council (EPC)

Next step is to join as a Member in Export Promotion Councilslisted below and utilise the services of the councils according to the material export to be exported.

Export Promotion Councils are non-profit organisations for the promotion of various goods exported from India to international market. They are in close contact with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, and functions to bride the gap between the exporting community and the government.

It is inevitable for every exporter or importer to obtain a registration cum membership certificate from the Export Promotion Council. An application for registration should be accompanied by a self certified copy of the IEC number. Membership fee should be paid in the form of cheque or draft after confirming the amount from the concerned EPC. The certificate is valid for five years ending 31st March of the licensing year, from 1st April of the licensing year in which it was issued and shall be valid for five years.

Export Business - IE Code Apply

Registration to get IE Code Number:

A citizen or a company starting a business for International trade has to Register the Company with the Director of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Foreign Trade, to obtain an IE Code number, then only one can export materials to other countries and import materials from other countries to India.

Before 1997, it is essential to obtain this I.E Code number from the Reserve Bank of India, for every first time exporter for his export operations. Later, this work being done by Director General of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Foreign Trade, Govt.of India.

DGFT provides every exporter an unique Import Export Code Number. IE Code Number is a ten digits code required for the purpose of export as well as import. No exporter is allowed to export his goods abroad without IEC number.

What are the benefits of Import Export Code? (IEC)

On the basis of IEC, companies can obtain various benefits like incentives, drawbacks facilities on their Exports/Imports from DGFT, Customs, Export Promotion Councils etc.

Dress Code For Interview


Dress code is the most important to face an interview and your result will be based on your dress during interview panel. Grooming plays a vital role in the interview.You want to know how to dress for an interview and in the work place.Some changes involves in grooming a men and women Some colors are suggested by the experts to wear during an interview and some things has to be avoided over there.
I would remember one proverb which suits these related subject: 'First impression is the best impression'. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

We need to attend walk-in or participate in campus interview is common to all the graduates and post graduates. Dressing for an interview is different from the casual meet or other aspects.Everyone need to know about the dressing while going for an interview.Formal dressing is suitable to attend an interview.
There are some ways to follow in dress code:

1.Formal shirt - White,blue or little base color. You can also wear dark colored shirt. It may be plain or stripped shirt. Need to cover the shirt till the collar button.

2.Formal Trousers - You may have black trouser to wear for an interview.only formal pants are suggested. No jean or casual cotton pant is not preferable.

3.Ties- Wearing a tie gives you attractive look.No dark colored ties are preferable to attend.
please avoid ties with designing or any images printed. The knot must be in triangular shape.
Use black,gray or dark blue which want to match your trouser

4.Shoe and socks - Leather shoe must be suitable for an interview.It should be polished everyday. Check your socks and wear clean socks only.Socks colour must be match your trouser.

Madurai Vizha 2011 - My Experience


Dear all, I hope you all enjoyed our Madurai Vizha in Gandhi museum which was held on Jan 28 to 30th.It was totally focused on Cultural and Historical significance of Madurai.
We planned to visit madurai vizha on friday, unfortunately we went there on jan 30th evening time.Before entering into that event we didnt expect this kind of events and audience over there.There was a big crowd in the ticket counter, then we entered into unexpected crowd.When we entered we saw Iyyanar statue at the entrance,then we could find Terracotta,Wood carving,Basket weaving,Javvu Mittai and some of the displays like Antique jewellery, Photographs, Movie screenings, Hand printed textiles, Ethnic designs, Literature and Photos depicting Madurai’s history.There were many girls surrounded for Kili Josiyam.We didn't missed out the puppet show performance.Finally we attracted by one bold voice,that was Dr. Gnanasambandham Pattimandram and we spent some time over there.We missed some competitions like Cooking, Kolam drawing, Hair dressing, Essay writing,quiz and also Heritage talk,gold making,Poikkaal Kudhirai Dance and Oyilaattam.That was a good experience with my friends during weekend time.
We expect this Madurai Vizha for the upcoming years.
