Job Description

Executive Housekeeper is responsible for: providing supervision and direction for all housekeeping activities of the hotel; ensuring the highest level of cleanliness; and maintaining guest satisfaction. 3+ years experience in a supervisory/management housekeeping position required.

This position requires 5-7 years of Executive Housekeeping experience, preferably in a 500+ room hotel. The individual will lead a team of 200+ associates and will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, motivating and coaching to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while providing a safe work environment. The candidate will have union experience, be well organized, detail oriented, and personable. The individual must have a thorough knowledge of operating systems and procedures with strong financial acumen including scheduling, forecasting, labor/expense control, inventory management, asset management and ensuring compliance with accident / loss prevention programs.
