Job Description
Position : Customer Support Executive
No of Vacancies : 8
Job Position at : - Gopalapuram,, Chennai Office.
Education : - Education is not a constraint.
Desired Experience Profile :-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business development or Pre-sales.
Outbound exp preferable and sales exp is an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience in handling UK clients
Good organisational and time-management skills
Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
Role Description:-
Developing and implementing business strategy and marketing plans
Generating Leads through market research, Cold calling & Extensive Mapping
Sending business development mailers / materials to potential customers
Interacting with senior and top level management in the client organization & presenting our services
Responsible for achieving sales target
Responsible for planning email/call campaigns to enhance the visibility of the brand name.
Salary will not be a constrain for a right candidate.
