Surveey of about Poor people: How many poor people exists in the World - Statistics started from 1968 by World Bank . Poor people existence taken into consideration, by buying capacity rate of the people, essential commodities price, currency value of particular Country in International market. Before this in 1998 the survey has been conducted. After 10 years now the survey has been conducted.
By this survey, it is calculated that the rate of poor people, daily who unable to spent approximately Rs.60/- amounting to 45.58 crores in India. (i.e, 41.64%) . Indian Economists do not agree with this survey. In the meantime, Asian Development Bank taking into consideration of the situation informed that in India 63.9% people live below poverty line.
