Permanent employment

Permanent employment: The survey conducted on behalf of United Nations on ‘Millennium Target Developments of 2008’ found out that during the life time half of the office goers in the world struggle with temporary employment. The aim of permanent employment is to earn money for livelihood and Job security. According to the UN survey ,in 1997 temporary employees are 57% and it reduced to 50% in 2007. the survey finds particularly women employees of Developing countries suffering due to this.
